    Terms and Conditions

    Please review our terms before contracting services.

    These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Kabam Plumbing Services. Depending on circumstances, additional terms may apply. Kabam Plumbing Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are strongly encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions before contracting services.

    Recommendations Not Performed

    If recommended repairs or service options are declined by the CUSTOMER and a failure occurs as a result, Kabam Plumbing Services shall be held harmless.

    Any drain cleaning cable or equipment that becomes stuck in a line is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER for removal and/or additional repairs. In the event of a sewage spill, including any spill deemed hazardous material, all cleanup costs are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.

    Dispatch Fee

    A dispatch fee is a standard charge for sending a licensed technician to your location to assess and diagnose plumbing issues. This fee covers the technician's time, travel, and professional expertise.

    Customers will be informed of the dispatch fee at the time of booking and must confirm acceptance before a technician is dispatched. By confirming the appointment, the CUSTOMER agrees to the dispatch fee.

    If services are declined or the appointment is canceled after the technician has been dispatched, the dispatch fee remains due. If payment is not received within 90 days, the balance may be sent to collections.

    Payment Terms

    All work is performed at a fixed, upfront price, which includes both labor and materials. No price breakdown will be provided.

    Payment is due immediately upon completion of work. All deposits are non-refundable.

    No deductions or withholdings may be made for alleged defective work, penalties, back charges, or costs related to other contractors or services.

    The CUSTOMER acknowledges that timely payment is an express condition for Kabam Plumbing Services to continue work. Failure to pay when due entitles Kabam Plumbing Services to immediately terminate work. In such cases, Kabam Plumbing Services shall be entitled to recover all reasonable expenses, including labor, materials, overhead, profit, and any other compensation allowed by law.

    Disputes and Cancellations

    In the event of a dispute between Kabam Plumbing Services and the CUSTOMER, Kabam Plumbing Services reserves the right to immediately terminate work.

    Upon termination, Kabam Plumbing Services is entitled to payment for all services rendered, including labor, materials, overhead, and reasonable profit.

    If the CUSTOMER cancels after signing a contract, any down payment is forfeited. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the CUSTOMER agrees to pay for all work performed up to that point.

    Limited Warranty

    Kabam Plumbing Services warrants its workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of installation, unless otherwise stated in writing.

    This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or acts of God, including but not limited to hurricanes, earthquakes, or tornadoes.

    There is no warranty on drain cleaning services without a camera inspection. Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, supersede and replace this warranty.

    This limited warranty is the sole warranty provided and replaces all other expressed or implied warranties.

    Notice of Defective Work

    The CUSTOMER agrees to inspect all completed work promptly. Any claims of defective workmanship or materials must be reported to Kabam Plumbing Services within 48 hours of completion.

    Kabam Plumbing Services must be given the first opportunity to inspect and repair any alleged defective work. Failure to do so voids all warranties, expressed or implied.

    The CUSTOMER agrees not to withhold payment due to alleged defects. Kabam Plumbing Services is not responsible for reimbursement of work performed by third parties.

    Scope of Work

    Kabam Plumbing Services performs plumbing work only. Services do not include carpentry, drywall, plaster, tile, flooring, roofing, masonry, paving, landscaping, paint, stucco, or related trades unless explicitly stated in writing. Any such repairs are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.

    Service & Value Plans

    Enrollment in a Kabam Plumbing Services maintenance or value plan constitutes a binding one-year agreement with automatic renewal.

    If the plan is canceled within the first year, the CUSTOMER agrees to repay any discounts or benefits previously applied. To cancel, the CUSTOMER must contact our office and bring the account current, including payment of any outstanding balances.

    Text Message & Data Policy

    By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Kabam Plumbing Services, including appointment confirmations, service updates, reminders, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

    You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting us directly. Opting out does not affect transactional or service-related communications.

    Kabam Plumbing Services is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or network issues.

    Privacy

    Kabam Plumbing Services values your privacy. Customer information is securely stored and used only for service-related communications. We do not sell or share customer data.
